After years of treating this is the approach I have so far found that arrives closes to the heart of what I aim to be for the people I work with.

Rooted in Chinese Medicine, Alchemical Acupuncture focuses on treating the psycho-emotional issue that is underlying any symptom.

This process involves the transformation of illness into a new way of being in the world, rather than a restoration of our old pattern.

This approach adresses the full mind-body-spirit connection and the focus will be to learn to embody wellness rather than understanding your illness.

When a symptom arises in our life - the aim is never to go back to how it was before the symptom. The way it was before itself led to the symptom.

Therefore you can interpretate the symptom as your system asking for an upgrade.

A new version of you is wanting to take place - this is shown through subtle signs and progressively as we might ignore these it will show up in more and more gross ways.

Alchemical acupuncture digs deep into the unconscious and supports the process of inner work that allows our lives to unfold in a more balanced way.

My premise:

I create a crystal clear container that you get to step into and be mirrored.

I hold space for you to see yourself.

I hold you accountable for your own progress.

I see the greatness in you and fuel you with faith and love for your journey.

I remind your system how it feels when your mind is still

how it feels when your body is in flow

How it feels to be in alignment

In this process I will use acupuncture, qi gong, talking therapy and body work.

This does not mean we do not resolve symptoms.

Indeed they do.

And if a far more sustainable way.

In the end, everyones biggest problem is not the symptom itself,

but the resistance to the symptom.

Only apparently do we want to get rid of our symptoms.

Our symptoms is our reminder that somewhere, somehow we are not living in full alignment.

This way our symptoms serves as our guiding light on the path back to wholeness.

How I work:

I invite you into a container consisting

“A balancing treatment that has a profound effect on your whole system. By needling different points that runs along the energy-lines of the body Acupuncture is capable of relieving a wide range of imbalances”

Acupuncture is based on a holistic approach and therefor no matter what symptom you present with there will be made an effort to analyse your whole condition, so that we get the best and most lasting results.

As a part of the acupuncture treatment I make use of tools like: Pulse Diagnosis, Tongue Diagnosis, Posturolgy, Ear Acupuncture, Cupping & Guasha

In acupuncture we use thin sterile needles to manipulate the meridians – energy-lines that runs through the body. If there is too much energy or stagnation we unblock and drain and if there is a lack of energy we tonify ands strengthen.

When you are lying with the needles you might feel that there is a subtle electric pulse going through you and you can fall into a meditative state where deeper changes is allowed to take place.

Acupuncture is an ancient folk medicine that we today mostly credit china,

but is most likely to have been practised in many traditional cultures.

The acupuncture we practice today is rested upon the system of Chinese medicine. The root philosophy of Chinese medicine comes from an understanding and observation of the natural world around us.

These principles are then applied to our internal environment.

We then understand that we are comprised of 5 element. Each 5 elements has different manifestations and correspondences inside our body and the whole art is to make sure these elements are balanced, so the body can adapt to any situation.
